About Alivia Prattas

Born and raised in Kona, Alivia is grateful to have grown up in such a special place and loves sharing the magic of this paradise with others. A proud graduate of Konawaena High School and the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, she brings a global perspective shaped by living and working in the United States, Canada, Australia, and Aotearoa New Zealand.

As a second-generation Hawaiʻi Island realtor, Alivia is honored to follow in the footsteps of her father and Principal Broker, Stathie Prattas. Her deep local roots, combined with a broad international outlook, allow her to thoughtfully guide clients through the process of buying or selling in our unique island market. She is passionate about community, sustainable agriculture, and intentional architecture, with a strong appreciation for design and craftsmanship reflected in her interests in art, music, culinary arts, antiques, and interior design.

Outside of real estate, Alivia enjoys embracing the island lifestyle. On weekends, you’ll often find her at the beach, browsing a local farmers market, or exploring one of Hawaiʻi Island’s many beautiful trails.
