Emily moved from downtown Detroit to the Big Island of Hawaii in 1986 after having been one of the first women to participate in the Ironman in 1981. It was not long before the world class golf courses along the Kohala Coast drew her back into the game she had played professionally many years before. That led to creating events, marketing and public relations projects with the Kohala Coast Resorts like Mauna Lani Resort, Waikoloa Beach Resort, Mauna Kea Resort and Hualalai Resort.
Emily received her real estate license in 1998 which was the same year the Kona Board of Realtors awarded her with the Civilian Community Enrichment Award. She felt it was time to combine her community involvement with helping others ind their new homes and neighborhoods on the Big Island with a focus on the Kohala Coast Resorts.
Having worked so closely over many years with the resort communities has given Emily insight into the unique lifestyle of each resort. And knowledge of the unique offerings and wide range of price points of the many condo and residential opportunities that have been created at the Kohala Resorts. Each resort is a community that happens to have world class hotels, golf courses, beaches and cultural and historical amenities. And yet each is quite different when it comes to finding what fits the lifestyle you desire. Want to know more?
